Real estate, for me, isn’t about transactions—it’s about people, stability, and dignity.
I’m a Los Angeles–based REALTOR® serving the San Fernando Valley, especially the Pacoima/Arleta area where I live and raise my family. I’m bilingual (English/Spanish) and I work with buyers and sellers who want more than a salesperson—they want someone who will treat their decisions like they’re his own.
Before real estate, I built my career in people-centered work. At City National Bank in Beverly Hills, I was a top producer, not because I chased numbers, but because I built real relationships with clients in a high-expectation market and never shied away from hard work. I learned how money actually moves in people’s lives: savings, lending, risk, and how the right financial decisions can change a family’s trajectory.
From there, I went deeper into advocacy. I worked with people re-entering society after incarceration and with people with disabilities looking for meaningful work—not just any job. My roles were to really see people: their strengths, fears, triggers, and potential. I spent years de-escalating tense situations, coordinating with law enforcement when needed, protecting vulnerable communities, and finding creative, individualized paths to employment. That work shaped me. It taught me patience, calm under pressure, and a kind of responsibility that you can’t fake.
All of that shows up in how I practice real estate.
When you work with me, you’re getting someone who:
Listens deeply to what you want, what you’re afraid of, and what you’re not saying out loud yet.
Explains everything—contracts, contingencies, timelines, and numbers—in plain language so you can make confident decisions.
Advocates fiercely for your best interests, especially when negotiations get intense or emotions run high.
Respects your urgency—I understand that for many people, buying or selling isn’t a hobby; it’s a major life pivot tied to money, family, and future.
I’m data-driven and transparent. I’ll walk you through comps, pricing strategies, and financial trade-offs clearly. I’m not here to pressure you into the fastest deal; I’m here to help you make the right move for your life and long-term stability. Sustainable success matters to me more than quick wins.
I also bring a coach’s mindset. I’ve supported people who learn differently, people who need structure, visuals, repetition, and reassurance. If you’re the kind of client who wants step-by-step guidance, regular check-ins, and someone who will slow down and go at your pace, that’s my lane. If you’re decisive and just need a strong negotiator and clear options, I’m there too.
On a personal note, I’m a husband, a dad, and a neighbor first. My family and I live in the community I serve. You’ll catch me at school performances, local parks, or just taking out the trash like everyone else. I care about what happens to property values here because I’m directly affected, just like you.
If you work with me, you’re not getting a polished script—you’re getting a real person with a background in advocacy, banking, and community work, who happens to know how to guide you through one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of your life.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or just starting to ask questions, my goal is simple:
To help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and someone in your corner who genuinely cares.
