There's nothing more valuable than local knowledge. The neighborhoods, the schools, the inside information. Growing up in the South Bay, I know it like the back of my hand and my clients benefit from that knowledge and the relationships formed throughout the years. With a background in interior design, I love nothing more than to maximize the value of clients homes so buyers walk in, fall in love and their offers reflect their passion for the property. Small tweaks can mean big dollars. Outside of work, I'm involved in animal rescue and supporting local not for profits. Clients become friends and I'm always available, far after the sale. Rebecca made the whole process so smooth and painless, it's hard to believe that within a month of contacting her I owned the house I wanted. She makes herself available whenever needed, is so generous with her time and stays on top of things, so that I didn't have to. It gets even better: Rebecca has impeccable taste with a background in interior design (I had seen her work at a house she had staged) and has a number of professionals at her fingertips to recommend for home improvement projects.
